Late Mr. Biharilal Sharma, a committed villager, played an important role in community mobilization. As an effective link between villagers and BAIF he ensured regular meetings of the silvipasture committee. Through his active participation and good rapport with the community, the issues on common land could be resolved in a participatory manner.
