The cooperative has a Veterinary doctor, CEO and supervisors on its roll. Its technical staff cares for purchasing and distribution of Day old Chicks, inputs (saw dust), feed, medicines etc. All production records of each batch sold are entered in the computer and a special design programme produces a range of results which are used at cooperative level etc. The cooperative board constitutes of 11 or more elected women members who meet once a month and oversee running of the Cooperative. The Annual General meeting of all the members is convened once a year.
