The cooperative also has 8 state of the art chicken retail outlets under the trade name of Sukhtawa in Bhopal. At these outlets chicken are sold live and are processed in the machine in front of the consumer. Detailed protocols for maintaining hygiene have been developed and monitoring system in place to monitor compliance.
