Doc 013 - Concise Guidelines for Drafting a 'Good Practice Note' in the context of Pro-Poor Livestock Development

The purpose of these guidelines is to fill the perceived gap, of the variable quality of GP notes; to assist the one in charge of drafting a GP note to ensure that he/she covers all the basic information of the GP so that the GP note can be used for a range of purposes; namely to:

  • Facilitate sharing and comparing experiences;
  • Derive policy, programme and institutional lessons from the GP.
